It’s one of the most popular Afternoon Teas in London – The Mad Hatters, with Alice in Wonderland theme.
Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea at Sanderson Hotel
Attention to details is on the highest possible level. The cake stand, plates and teapots are of course painted to match the theme. There are 5 different tea flavours to choose from – before you choose yours, you’ll be served a silver plate with five glass jars, each named after Alice in Wonderland Characters.

Food looks beautiful. There are smoothies in small glass jars, canapes and other savoury treats, but sweets are the greatest. Chess-themed cakes with chocolate chess pawns, heart-shaped cookies, marshmallow mushrooms and macaroons with clock drawing on them. Everything was delightful, I was really impressed by all those details.
But besides the lush treats and amazing tea, you’ll for sure love the interior. Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea is served in The Restaurant and in the Courtyard Garden, where we were chilling – and that’s the place where you can find this gorgeous floral swing that you probably saw already somewhere on Instagram or Pinterest. : )
What’s important – the floral swing will be hanging here only until 26th September, so hurry up! There’s not much time left to snap a pic of yourself in there!
I even convinced my husband to take a few pics on the floral swing!
